The breakfast selection and complimentary afternoon tea/coffee were nice. The location was convenient to both the ferry terminal and bus terminal, making transportation easy. Plus, the staff were friendly and helpful, which was a pleasant surprise.
The room was in disrepair, with mold in the shower and broken amenities in the room. The floors were dirty and the cleanliness could have been better. it was a disappointing experience, especially during the Christmas holiday.

The hotel offers excellent value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The central location is ideal for exploring the main attractions and the old city center. The staff provides great service and the rooms are spacious with modern bathrooms. The breakfast included is a nice bonus.

The hotel has a great view of the harbor and the rooms have ample space with modern decor. The location is excellent, with easy access to many restaurants and shops. The building is also recently refurbished, adding to the overall pleasant experience.
Our room had a faint smell of smoke that didn't go away even with the windows open. The breakfast area was crowded with limited toasters, slowing down the process for everyone.

This hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the vibrant, historic city center. From here, you’re able to easily walk to the oldest part of the city, enjoy local shops, and visit some of the biggest sights in the area like the market and bus terminal. Guests can easily travel around the city by bus as there is a bus stop right outside the hotel. Room features like the large flat-screen TV, comfortable beds, and spacious safe make for an enjoyable stay. the included breakfast is a great way to fuel up before adventures.
One minor issue was that some guests were loud and didn't respect quiet hours.
